Hello,
I am an australian currently on the Visa Waiver Program, who has applied for the Diversity Visa, which if I get chosen will not be until 2009. I have fallen for a girl some while ago, and we are wanting to get married. My question(s) are, can I get married on the VWP, will doing so require me to go across water and obtain the visa, and will doing so affect my chances in the dv lottery for a greencard?
Any help would be appreciated,

Anyway, I don't know much about the Diversity Visa, however, if you do decide to get married - why would you proceed with the visa lottery - having to wait two years?
