Hello all! Please, someone, help me figure this out!
If I am serving in the military and my home is in WI, do I send this I-130 to Nebraska or elsewhere? I heard that it might be a different service center, so I am very confused and afraid of sending it to the wrong place. I can't do it at the consulate of the country of where I am at either..

well i live in wisconsin and sent to nebraska then it was trasferred to california. so you can either send to nebraska and they will send to csc or you can send to csc because thats wher it will end up anyway good luck

Send directly to California. Nebraska doesn't process I-130 for spouse anymore, so sending it there will cause a brief delay, while they transfer the file to California.
