I was looking at my NOA 1 its got recieve date July 17th notice date July 23rd but nothing in the priority date box should there be a date there?

That's ok... nothing to worry about. I guess all of our NOA1s be it for K1, K3, IR-1/CR-1 don't have the priority dates.
No, the priority box is usually blank
