I have just been informed my third EAD is in production............but they have not called me for biometrics....is this right??? My biometrics were last done sept 06

Looking at your timeline I would think this is a renewal thus they already have your fingerprints and photo. But if you were already approved for the GC why would you need another EAD?

This is my THIRD EAD because I am STILL waiting in FBI namecheck!!!!!! My last renewal required fingerprints even though I had had them done 5 mths previous, this is why I am concerned:)

Although I had a VAWA approval I didn't need to do any fingerprinting for my EAD either. Sometimes it happens.
