Guys,

My employer might help me out; my wife is a nurse and she is currently going taking the U.S board exams so she can work while she gets here. It’s going to take 2-3 months for her to take the exam and get results. I have applied i-130 in the mean time because I didn’t want to wait. Now when she passes all her U.S credentials; my employer might consider sponsoring her, it that case they will have to file i-140, that is my understanding,

Question: is there is an issue filing I-140 while i-130 is close to completion, or in progress??

Question: I don’t even know what visa it’s going to be, I think its EB-3?

Please help
