Hello all,

I just want to let yall know that tomorrow I will call USCIS to let them know that my case has reached 180 days tomorrow on the 12th of October and if they refuse to help me I will raise hell since their website does state "within 6 months". Since really 6 months is 182 days I am not counting Saturday and Sunday. I hope to not hear the same old bs about my case because I have not received any response from them other than the late NOA1 I received in August even though my case was sent in April. Any how I will let you all know how it goes. Hopefully the Department of Homeland Security does not let me down since I have not let them down by doing my part in the military in "defending our country". tongue_ss.gif

Yeah I contacted USCIS in vain. The immigration officer told me that I am on the 6 month mark but I have to wait an additional 30 days to call them so they can put in an inquiry to the CSC. The customer service representative told me that right now in the system they can view that they are currently processing March 13 cases. So I guess I will have to wait until next month. Oh yeah and Texas Senators along with Congressman are pointless. I sent them a letter for assistance and they have not responded. Its been about three weeks now. Any how I tried. mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif What is a good state that actually takes care of their people? Maybe I should start claiming it and paying taxes to it.

I am convinced that they are all wackos at the CSC and any field office in California.
The NVC has the badge number of the CSC agent that requested our I-130 back yet the USCIS local offices refuses to request this information off them to get to the bottom of this. All they do is say they have no record of a request and that the petition is still showing as approved- and not in AP or revoked.

PS. I am wondering if there is a special desk at the CSC for petitioners who have DND clearance- and if that person takes A LOT OF CIGARETTE BREAKS. My husband has DND clearence and our I-129 sat on a desk for 10 months without being touched. After inquiring about the status after being told out I-130 was sent back - pretty much overnight the I-129 was approved.

I called not too long ago to CSC and was told.......well it could take up to 180 days to process your petition and just basicly blew me off. mad.gif

So, I am trying to be patient but starting to lose that battle. I feel for the ones like Tussie that has been waiting and waiting......but heck...seems like I wont' be far behind ya sad.gif

Hang in there smile.gif

For this Visa ... USCIS considers 5 days of a week so its .... 20 days a month.. and then for 6 months it is 120 days.... My case got delayed due to pettty issues and i was so freaked out.. its nerve racking... The increase in fee has led to tripling the applications from people so to save money. I guess CSC was caught unawares that so many applications would come in and the mail man and locker room is filled with applications... I hope you get help soon from USCIS

God bless you

Yeah the immigration officer told me to allow the additional 30 days of what they had on the site as far processing date to allow the letter to come in the mail. Which is a dumb reason because per the website, at this time or sometime before (within) they should have started processing my case or anyone before me. He told me that since CSC is processing Texas and Vermont I-130s along with people sending their forms before July 31, they are doing catch up so I should not go based on the date on the website. But any how, I hope to see the date that USCIS dares to put on their website so I can confront them again. Im tired of all this crap. Im not a criminal and have rights, my husband is not a criminal. I would figure that they would just be content knowing that everyone's spouse or family member will contribute in paying federal taxes, and the economy. wacko.gif

Hi

I know it alll sounds crap... but thats how they are.. and I guess we wont be able to do anything but just WAIT.... they took 37 days to encash a payment where wire transfers and Instant Money payments originated.... God Bless
