can somebody please help me i am worried that i might not have enough yearly income to bring my spouse here with me..I have 2 dependent children and i need to know how much i need to be making yearly .
and do i have to include him as one of my dependents?. so how much my income must be ?

Hello. Your income for a family of four must be at least $25,000. That includes you, your two kids and your fiance.

Hello. Your income for a family of four must be at least $25,000. That includes you, your two kids and your fiance.
i make about $23,000 yearly from my job. I also get a social security check for 1,300 every month for my kids for their deceased father can i also include this as income? Please help!!!!

Actually you must have income of at least $ 25,812.00 - you can check out the 2007 Povery Guidelines here.
I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to use the SS check - however if you are unsure it is always wise to double check it. You can call the National Visa Center at 603 334-0700 and ask them.
