Hello,

I've just completed the I-130 and G-325. I ran into a question in regards to the proper name to input in the name field for my wife. Because I dont know the Laws of Korea, I am not sure if she automatically takes my last name. I am afraid that If I input my last name as her's it will cause confusion and taking up more time.. Which we dont have!

So should I just input her maiden name on all the documents (I-130/G-325) just to be safe? Any help would be great! Thanks a lot in advance

Use her current legal name. Usually, you'll find that name in her passport. If her legal name changed at marriage, then she needs a new passport. If it didn't change legally, well, it didn't change and you have your answer.
