ok ,,i called to uscis today and i spoke to an immigration officer ,,not a customer service,,,and i guess everybody knows my story after i was sent to mexico,,and here is the bigggggggggggggggg suprise ,,something strange happened,,the officer asked me for my a# and my ss# and he said that my old 751 is still pending and it was denied at all????????????????????????so what is this mean?so can i withdraw the i-130 appeal and all this and get a re-entery permint,,i told him my story in the detention and all that and he said he doesn't care bcoz my address still showing the u.s address and the 751 is still pending?do u guys believe this?

Is your other card still good? Maybe you can just get your senator to push the old 751
