Eternal Love
I am sure this has been asked but I keep searching and I cannot find specific answer to al my questions so I figured, I'll just post a new topic.
  1. helpsmilie.gif My Mom will be my co-sponsor - so we need two I-134 forms right? one for her and one for me. Is there any additional forms the co-sponsor needs or just the I-134?
  2. helpsmilie.gif Regarding listing assets - I know my Mom's income will be sufficient. She has assets too - should we list them. I figure, the more money you show them, the better it will look. Right or wrong???
  3. helpsmilie.gif #11 - since it's a K1 visa - I've read that we are supposed to check the DO NOT INTEND box. Is this correct?
  4. helpsmilie.gif for proof of evidence: I know it says, statement from the bank and from employer...what about copy of income return filed? I know, it only list for self-employed but would it also help to send it if not self-employed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance and goodluck to everyone!!!

1. correct, you need to fill out one form yourself and your mom needs to fill out another one. nothing extra is required, as far as i know! please someone corret me when im wrong.
2. i dont really know about that but if her income is enough to support her one household plus your fiancee then i wouldnt list the assets, but you can definately do so if it makes you feel better! and dont forgetm, everything you list you have to submit a proof for it.
3. im not sure about that either, as far as i can remember my fiance checked the box and then wrote that were going to be husband and wife and that he would support me with furniture, housing.....
4. you should definately submit the letter of employer with your most recent pay stubs and you can also submit your most recent tax returns even though youre not self-employed! my fiance did so.
