My brother is based in Manila right now. My mom already sent his petition application in Vermont Service Center last month, i think. How long will be the processing of his papers like medical, biometrics, interview, etc...? We just want to make sure that before he turns 21 yrs old, everything has already been ironed out.
Your mother is petitioning her son for an immigration visa from the Philippines? According to the visa bulletin the embassy is now processing petitions received in May of 1992.

As yo can see from the Visa bulletin. Be sure your brother doesn't marry if you guys want to keep the processing time "shorter"!

Is your mother US citizen or PR?
