I am just wondering how long does my case stay valid after i receive my package 3 which was received at the beginning of september. I read a post and it say 4 months after NOA2 but I dunno exact date my fiance got it. My fiance had told me not to keep going with this process after a huge fight btwn him and me so he had stop gettig all the documents we need and I had delayed my medial appointment. but his dad told me to try to keep fiancee visa valid and hold it since it might be that he is just being cold feet we dunno. And I really still want this to work btwn me and him so is there anyway to keep the case vaild till that he changed his mind?

i believe there is a expiration date on the NOA2 that should carry you past the interview date
