I have a question regarding the submission timing for the I-102. I was told in another forum to submitt them at the same time and state that the I-94 is lost on form I-130. I would like to have all the information before submitting the forms. Can someone please advise us?

thanks.

I-102 is the form to request a replacement for the I-94 when it has been lost, stolen or mutilated.

Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document
Purpose of Form :
For a nonimmigrant to apply for a new or replacement Form I-94 or I-95 Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document.

I presume the OP is adjusting status from within the US and now requires to provide a copy for that purpose. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of submitting this form.

One question though, if the OP is adjusting status within the US wouldn't it be an I130 not a K3? Maybe this would be better off in the CR/IR1 forum?

Ah, I see. Hmm... Well, if they are able to adjust status from within the US, no visa is needed. They should look in the Adjustment of Status forum. smile.gif

Hi

Did anyone find out what the process for I-102 is? I have just had my application approved but i don't know what else has to happen from here - my I-94 was stolen and I am hoping to get this ASAP.

Thanks for any info

:-)
