Hey all. Man. Wish I found this site 6 months ago.
Well, three weeks ago we finally had our first appointment - to just file the I-130 (you need an appointment now, and that took 7 weeks!).
The word is they won't send us 'packet 3' until they have done the Adam Walsh checks. Any news on how long this is taking recently? WE have been waiting since Sep 27th and have heard nothing...
And there is plenty more to do after that!
