Yep, I got a text from my guy saying that the documents I sent him for his interview arrived! You guys just don't know how happy I was when I received that text! I was in the midst of praying when I received it. God is so good and he is always on time! At the time where I wanted to do things on my own, God stepped in and handled it.

Thanks to those of you who kept me in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks for the encouragements. I once was stressed and couldn't sleep, now I am too excited to sleep! Wow, can you beat that? May God bless this upcoming interview.

God is truely great!!! He takes care of His own and all we have to do is keep the faith.

I think this is just a sign of better things to come.

He was afraid to tell me what happened til today so that's why I am posting now. Anyway, he said that he failed his medical. I don't know, I may just end this whole thing now.

I am very sorry...be strong and we are here to support you. I am sure he had his reason's for keeping it from you...I will keep you and your SO in my prayer's...I hope that his results were not too serious and that maybe he can retake the medical and get better result's.

Do you think that they will let him retake the medicals and reschedule another interview? I may just post another topic in the other forums to get some answers too.

The embassy allowing him to retake the medical really depends on which part he didn't pass. There are different laws regarding that. I am surprised that he didn't know prior to the interview cos the doc usually tells you if you passed or not before they give you the sealed medical envelope to take to the interview. Good luck. I hope he will be able to work it out.

I know that sometime last year in this forum...there was a US woman whose Nigerian fiancee had their fiancee visa denied because of his medical exam.....and she went thru EVERYTHING to get his exam retaken....but it happened and it turned out that the results were wrong.....I encourage you to search for that story....it was very very inspirational and very touching....to say the least.
I am not sure if she still comes to VJ....but I will never forget that story.....she went into great detail about her situation.

Depending on what it is that he failed on the medical he may be able to take another one and get another interview. It is possible that there was an error.

Here is the link to the story. It may be likely that the results were wrong. I remember that story. They went through a lot but the results were proved wrong in the end.

Once again this depends on what part of the medical was failed.
