Hi everyone, Im about to send my fiance package off but I have a questions about the I-134 affidavit of support.
1. On the part that says relationship to sponsor where do my dad put there since he will be our co-sponsor?
2. On question 7 where do I put my annual salary do I put my year-to-date that is on my check stubs or w2 or do I put
what my letter of employment says?
3. What about my child support where do I put the income for that do I include it with my annual salary?

Thank you so very much. I hope someone can help me with this.

1. Your dad would put "father" in that part of his I-134 since you are the primary sponsor and the question is about his relationship to you.
2. Annual salary before taxes.
3. I'm not sure if you can count child support or not...someone else may come along who knows smile.gif

1. If you read that question real carefully, on I-134, it is asking what is your fiances relationship to the co-sponsor. I had this same question too. Your fiances relationship to your dad is, future son-inlaw. Because question #3 on the I-134 is all about the fiance and it asks, what is his relationship to sponsor.
2. I would put what my w2 said, but for me, my w2 was different then what I was currently making. I wanted my income to be as high as possible, so I put what was on my letter from employer. Which for me, was the most current and there were no issues at interview time. I also provided them with my w2's for interview and they did not want them. Though, they wanted co-sponsors w2's.
3. I don't get childsupport, so I could not add that. I hope someone else knows the answer, because I know you can use it. Probably you'll have to show proof of receiving childsupport at the interview.
I hope this helps!

1. future son in law
2. gross annual salary - which is generally what is on the employment letter. Your w-2 has your net annual salary.
3. child support is part of your annual income so for annual income you add up your gross annual salary from all jobs, child support, and alimony. Look at your last tax return for guidance.
