Firstly what is your status in the USA, Citizen or LPR? Both citizens and LPRs can file I-130 but it can take a few years for a the I-130 to process through USCIS to NVC.
If you are a US Citizen, I would be contacting a lawyer and asking filing a Writ of Mandamus lawsuit would pressure USCIS to get moving on this. Sometimes the threat of a lawsuit causes them to move on this.
Lastly, you may want to check out "A Candle for Love" that site specializes in Chinese immigrations issues.
http://candleforlove.comI'm a US citizen, I did send a email to the AILF. I'm awaiting thier response. I can't afford a lawyer, so i would need to do the Pro Se. To think other come here illegally and I'm trying to do it legally and my goverment is not supportive
I'm aware of CFL, but there is no real help on this situation with the I-130, only AOS... I was hoping someone here had some experiences... I guess maybe not
