Another quick question, I was reading the guides and I saw 'Mail I-129F Package to the Chicago CIS Office
Mail package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.
Note: They will process and forward the I-129F package to the National Benefits Center (Missouri)' I was under the assumption that I send it to the P.O. Box:

P.O. Box 7218
Is it the same? I just want to make sure!!!!!!
