after i year and 3 weeks of waiting,,my i-130 just got denied today,,i just wish if i die,,thats all
What was the reason for the denial.....

Why was the I-130 denied????
They have to give you an explanation for the denial.

i dont have the letter,,my wife has it,,but i think this is what she told me it say's its order that ur i-130 form be denied bcoz 1-the service request more evedince from u,,section 203A 2B of the immigration act ,and visa potetion proceeding ,matter of awaballa 10 INN,dec perioud 580 1964,matter of brantigan ,december .493 1966,the board of immigration of appeal has determened that failer to proctecute a valid ground for deniel,(13 INN)DEC.152 1969 ,title#8 code of federal regulation section 103.2 ,#11 states .INA 245AN8CFR SECTION 103.2(B11),SUPRA UR POTETION MUST BE IN ITS DENIED .U MAY IF U WISH APPEAL THIS DESISION ,,WHAT THE HELL IS THIS MEAN?AND THEN THEY SAY IF I WANNA APPEAL TO THE SAME OFFICE I HAVE 15 DAYS TO DO IT,,OR TO VERGINIA WHITIN 18 DAYS.??????????????and i doont know whats all that mean?and how long does it take to process the appeal,,

does anybody knows what form will be used to appeal the i-130 denial?and how long does it take to process?is it current or will take months or years?we have to send it back to the local office or to the BOA?which is better and faster
When you initally first posted here, your case was already complex. Did you hire a lawyer as previously recommended by few of the Vjers? I hope you did.

It is very hard to understand the reasons myself because the denial. But it seems they wanted more evidence from you. What exactly I am unsure of. But I would suggest you contact an immigration lawyer. It could be a very easy thing to overcome.

It is very hard to understand the reasons myself because the denial. But it seems they wanted more evidence from you. What exactly I am unsure of. But I would suggest you contact an immigration lawyer. It could be a very easy thing to overcome.
i am really sorry to hear that denials are really painful who can feel that more then me man , its my 4th year and i am here fighting , u dont loose ur courage, find lawyer before it is late for you , i will strongly suggest you , find a lawyer and discuss ur case with him/her, coz if u dont take immediate action now , then u will be regretting, they are asking for further proof, and all u need is to give them proof, nothing special but talking to immigrationa attorney about all those sections, can suggest you which route is best to go , so get a lawyer before it is late, dont worry , God will help u , everything is going to be fine, but dont give up and fight back , u will win trust me on that, my prayers are with you
