OK - my new rant is about the size of the Xpresspost mailers

I can get 314 x 395...but only in the 'National' version., Mail lady (about age 95) told me I might have 'trouble' if I try to get them to send a National envelope to a regional area

or

I can get 295 x 390...but in the 'Regional' version - which applies to mail between Que and On

Ask me if I bought both just in case......


Why can't Montreal get anything exactly right??????

Staples has the right one. They tried to give me the national one first, and when I asked, they pulled the regional one out. They do have them available at the consulate, they just use the plastic ones.
