My petition was received by USCIS on Sep 12th, I haven't received NOA1 yet. I am little bit worried.

No public direct dial telephone numbers for any of the service centers
Dont worry about this, if your check is cashed, then they have the petition. The service centers were FLOODED with petitions just before July 30, and they are takeing weeks to over a month to issue NOA1.

You're jumping the gun and expecting fast service.
Standard response from the NVC is that it takes them 6 to 8 weeks to generate any kind of notification
