I know this may seem trivial,but when a person chews with his or her mouth open and they (smack) it really makes me want to scream ! I mean it is so barbaric, uncivilized, and disgusting. It makes me think,damn didn't your parents teach you anything?????

Once there was only blame and defeat. Now there is only tolerance .

While I think it's terribly disgusting, it's not criminal. It's one thing that bothers me if they REALLY smack the food. I used to work with one lady that I swear you could hear her eating from 20 yards away. Never went on lunch break with her!!!

But, we all have annoying little habits, don't we?

I voted "No-while annoying and uncouth, it is not subject to the penal code" if hubby did that i'd smack him in the mouth..... and sit somewhere else, there's nothing worse than sitting next to someone, eating with their mouth open, even worse when they try talking at the same time.

What about slurping? It's kind of unavoidable when eating noodles. Go into a noodle house and you'll hear a chorus of smacking and slurping. It doesn't bother me as much as other things that people do in public.
