myself beneficiary( in india)......husband (USC)petitioner
husband send DS-3032 form and AOS fee bill 17th sept......and i sent DS-3032 form on 1st oct

as far our knowledge.....when NVC will receive my DS-3032 form.....then NVC sud generate Immigartion visa fee bill

but when i called NVC...the automated response system syas...."IV fee bill generated and will be sent within few weeks"
now i wanna know it is normal.... .as the beneficiary or agent appointed by beneficiary receive the visa fee bill

also wanna tell u that
i called NVC on 3rd october............i guess it takes 4-5 days to reach the letter US..........i posted DS-3032 form on 1st oct....now by 6-7 oct NVC will recieve my DS-3032 form

The NVC has certain disorders in the automated voice system as far as my expereince says... talk to a live operator preeti or tell our husband to do so.

I am sponsoring my husband in Iran for immigration. I am the PETITIONER and my husband, BENIFICIARY/APPLICANT.

My husband signed the DS-3032 which nominated me to be the AGENT to receive all his mail from the NVC. He then sent this form back to me and I forwarded it onto the NVC.

So now the NVC mails all the forms, letters, INVOICES to me on behalf of my husband (who is in Iran).

I think once you get to the interview stage (case complete at the NVC) then it may be your wife will get a packet from the Embassy in India. But as an Agent you may get a duplicate packet, just in case.

If you made a mistake while entering your case number on the IVR system, you may hearing the wrong message from someone else case. I would suggest you recheck your case and make sure you enter the number properly. It happened to me before and I got a weired message, retried again and got the correct one. My 2 cents!!!
