I've paid my I-864 fee bill and received a receipt, but have yet to receive the package. I have received the DS-230 package as the agent for my wife. On the instructions to the DS230 it says that the petitioner should pay the fee and complete the I-864. Do I send it in the same package? I'm frustrated because I don't want to delay the process by sending too much, but it has been 2 months since I paid the fee bill.
Can I send these items together?

You need to send them separately, simply because the I-864 is the petitioner's information while the DS230 is the beneficiary's. These documents will not be reviewed by the same person.
Please make sure and be careful that you have all the information that you needed, double check all the documents and make exact copies of all the documents that you send them. If in doubt, please call NVC before sending them.

If you read the instructions they give, they state DO NOT SEND FORMS TOGETHER.
To be on the safe side, i suggest for you to wait on their checklist and wait for their instruction..
