question #2 are you related by adoption????
can somebody give me an idea thanks!

It is asking if you are related to the person you are petitioning for by adoption.... were you adopted? was the person you are filing for adopted by your parents or you?
Adoption = Child choosen by a set of parents, and raised as one of there own blood children... the adoption has to be legal.
