What is the matter with this people?? I havent seen any NOA2's in awhile for VSC, have they taken a vacation again. I'm going over 110 days since my NOA1 today and this is getting abnoxious. I havent got touched since November 1st. Does anyone know if they are working of the "end of October" filers yet?

It's VALENTINE'S GUYS!! they are probably spending time at the spa in preparation for their valentine dates or rushing to the gym in the hope of shedding off pounds they gained eating french fries while working on applications or they are probably outside the service center hunting for valentine dates or they just stopped working on our applications out of spite becoz they can't stand looking at our cute pics with the love of our lives while they only have their dogs and their cats and their rats to spend the rest of their lives with. .. after valentines, they'd come to their senses and they will surely resume working

Ok everyone, It's my turn-------Approved, not just a approval, but a California Approval from October 9th filler. I couldn't sleep and checked my email, and it came at 10pm at night. I saw a touch earlier in the day. Hope others get a great Valentines present as Lyuba and I did.

Quick question..


My partners son, who is 19, lives in Australia atm.. we put him on the petition under dependent children as he claimed he wanted to be able to live with us once we were all settled .. turns out he's now found the 'love of his life' and is not certain he wants to leave Australia now. Should he decide he does not want to come at all to the US and go through the K-2 nonimmigrant visa process - what does that mean of our K-1 application (as we added him to it)?! Does this hold up the process? Does this mean we need to re-file due to his changing his mind? Any help would be much appreciated!

After 2 touches 2 days in a row nothing in 1 week. Anyone have any idea as to what is going on. :

It smells like NOA2 approval, they are working very hard with October filers.

Not just you, our received date was Oct 19th. I have seen approvals at the VSC come with in 2 months. I think its BS that is so much faster at the VSC. They need to send a few other states from the CSC to VSC to help out a little. Not good when some have to wait 6 or 7 months for a NOA2 and others get it in 2 months. Anyway good luck everyone

Ya I'm pretty upset with their "system" too.
I mean come on now,Vermont is approving October and November Filers left and right while freaking CSC has only approved 3 October Filers.........Thats just NOT fair.We all pay the same amount of money for our Petitions but ppl going through CSC ain't getting any SERVICE at all.
I'm happy for them VSC Filers being approved but at the same time it makes me get really mad at the Service Centers that there is such a huge differece in the waiting time.
Why is it that VSC is getting additional staff members while it actually is CSC that desperatley needs more ppl to work on or cases????
