OK. AT 5:30 tonight, let's all get into the tantric position and concentrate our thoughts collectively on the CSC. We'll project our thoughts on speediness, and then find out tomorrow if the magic worked. LOL

I see alot of October filers are starting to get their NOA2s, even people that filed after me. So I called USCIS today and one of their robots told me they are still working on June filers. Anyone have any advice on this?

For those of you who have Microsoft Excel, I've compiled a list of all of the Oct. filers on this site. There are 154 records total. You can sort the spreadsheet however you like to get the results you want.
I have noticed that there are a few on this site who have the confused the date that the USCIS rec'd your petition, with the date of the NOA1. They also have the date of the NOA1 confused with the NOA2 date. THIS SKEWS THE AVERAGES TO THE WORST. If you happen to be one of these individuals (in red), please correct your timeline.
Hope this helps, or is at least interesting to, some of you.
WELL????, I tried to upload it but it failed. So if any of you want it, email me and I'll send it to you.

Just an idea but you can go to www.editgrid.com and get an online spreadsheet that everyone can access (when it works!) - it is how we have our July Filer spreadsheet online

Something interesting. . .
I did the RFE trick (for which I initially got yelled at). .. . she asked me if there was a problem and I told her I didn't know, I was trying to find out. . . she took my info, typed into her magic computer and said. . . you should hear something in two to four weeks at the most. . . now after being yelled at because "this isn't a status update line" I was scared to ask anything else. . .now I am confused. . .curiosity seriously did kill the cat. . . that's all I'm saying. . .

This is the first I've seen someone getting yelled at for calling the RFE line. I think my response would have been "if USCIS would provide me with a status update line, I'd be happy to use it. But this is the only way I can speak with an actual human being."
Don't worry about it. They can't take any action against you, and it won't affect your approval.

Stop filling people with the false information that VSC is infinitely better than CSC. I filed in July and haven't heard anything. There are still filers from May who haven't had a touch.
VSC was better than CSC, but that's not the case anymore.

the july spreadsheet is for CSC and VSC. you can find it in the signature of Jeraly and Weedebz. Go to the July filers thread and look for one of their posts. then click the link in their signature. If you want to be added to the list, Pm either Jeraly or Weedebz your info.

Thank you, Tars. Nice to see so many Vermont people are starting to get their NOA2s. Even if CSC is so much slower, I think that is quicker than predicted for VSC so it gives me some hope that we will get ours sooner than predicted as well.

Wow, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. It looks like VSC is really inconsistent in their approvals - some October filers have been approved already, while others from months earlier still wait. If they keep this up, I suppose this could mean that some of the VSC October filers could be left in the cold for many more months, too. I hope not for their sake.
At least CSC is consistent in it's slowness...I'm not sure that's a good thing...
