Maybe we should start drinking early... for the New Year?
I'm telling you. . . drinking makes it go by faster. . . or is that the passing out/sleeping for lots of time. . . I kid, I'm not that bad, yet

I don't drink much either, but I may start

I am hoping all of us start getting approvals around the 120 to 130 mark... truly, I hope I am wrong and it is earlier... but then again... there is drinking

as you say to pass the time or pass out!
I don't drink at all... maybe i should start...I am passing my time by trying to plan the cheapest but elegant wedding ever... its frustrating enough that its extremely time consuming. It doesn't take my mind off the fact that I am lonely and extremely frustrated with this entire process, but it does remind me that end result is well worth it.
My friend got ordained over the internet and is going to marry us, then we are going out to eat as our wedding. The process is frustrating. . . and I concur the end result is well worth it.
My Dad is going to marry us at his home church in Fort Worth. The venue will be free and they do not mind the fact that we don't have an exact date. Its going to be a DIY wedding; which is fine since I am a graphic designer, and my mom is an artist... creativity comes in handy with decorations, invites, etc. Small wedding Small cost

dont worry just plan for mid summer and it should be fine,i kned it would take 6 10 month getting in so i dont like it but im not going to stress over it anymore
I have mid summer in mind (hoping for earlier of course)... I figure with our relationship this has been a seven year process so a few more months is doable... I remind myself that in just a few months things will be a lot better and this wait will be just a vague memory.... Plus my hair falls out when I stress too much! I cannot have bald patches when he gets here... not cute!!

It maybe August before we can get married. From every thing I have seen, we have another similar wait coming up in China. However, next year I am planning on all of this being finished!

It gives me time to save money and hopefully visit again.

Wow, already one NOA2 for Sept filer?? Is this official info? That seems hopeful!!
QUOTE(Eli the Barrowboy @ Dec 28 2007, 09:41 AM)

Progress Update for us poor CSC'ers.
This on December 10th 2007
"Two August filers got their NOA2's last week, the most recent of which received NOA1 on 2007-08-03 and NOA2 on 2007-12-04. After that July looks pretty much well completed up to the 26th."
These are the numbers for December 28th
July Filers - Countless NOA2s and 44 waiting
August Filers - 26 NOA2 and 43 waiting
September Filers - 1 NOA2 and 33 waiting
Roll on October approvals

No that infi is NOT correct at all. There's way more May/June/July and August Filers STILL waiting. And NO September NOA2 so far.Not from CSC that is.
I know how you all feel,I'd much rather be approved right now too,but thanks to all them "smart" ppl that have tried to beat the (not even 300$ for the I 129f) fee increase we all have to wait several months longer.
Am I upset about it?! You bet I am.Personally we would have much rather paid 500$ more and be approved within the normal 90 day timeframe then having to sit here and wait God knows how long just because some ppl think the 285$ saved on the I 129f is worth waiting several mnths longer to be with your loved one.
Now as for OS fee increase I can sort of understand that but NOT for the I 129f.
Lets just HOPE that the backlog will soon be history and all of us October Filers will be approved in February.Maybe even late Januray, which I seriously doubt because ever since 12/19 CSC handed out only 12 NOA 2's. And that's 11 days...........
Let's hope and pray that we see at least 30 NOA2's next week.
Go over and look on the list in the Waiting for NOA2 from CSC,the last one was issued 12/19.And hoping for a new one as soon as the person making the list returns from the holidays.
Best of luck, much of patience and speedy approvals fopr all of us!
Just keep in mind that 2008 will be our year.We will all be approved, get our Visa's be reunited with our loved ones and can finally get married to these special ppl that are patiently waiting for us to get our paperwork done.(James I LOVE YOU!)

I think you are both right ! It just depends on what you believe the filing date is. The date the I129 f is sent in or the NOA-1 notice is received. Its just your point of view

Lets just hope they get back to work soon and we see some progress. This time of year makes everyone frustrated with the wait. Happy New Year to all and may 2008 bring happinness to all

Hi to everyone. My name is Bryan. I have a couple of observations and also have a couple of questions. For VSC, on VJ I count approx. 95 total applications for K1 and 56 NOA2's for August. For Sept. I count approx. 39 applications for K1 and 10 NOA2's received. Of those, there are 4 special fast applications and 5 recently done NOA'S for K1. There are 4 on the 4th of Sept. and 1 on the 5th of Sept. Question: I have no idea what percentage of the total K1's are listed on VJ, does anyone know the approximate percentage that list on VJ compared to the whole. I am only talking about VSC. It appears that it is taking approx. 4 months to get the NOA2 now. God Bless all of you expically those of you who are waiting soo long. Hopefully, things will pick up now after New Years, and I am hoping for quicker times than 4 months for the NOA2.
