I'm new here, it seems like everyone is going the k1 rte or fiance visa i must say. Is there anyone here that has a husband from nigeria that did not meet online , whether abuja lagos etc, that has started their process which has an approval. I would like to hear any info on how the process is working for you . I checked the status on timeline but seems to be mostly old files not too many. need more thorough details

You are going a better route with doing a CR. Much better visa than a K visa, May take a little longer but it's worth it.
No need to go thru ALL the hassle of adjusting status and expense of a K visa.

thank you i just hope i dont have to go through review ar , seems like most ppl who went cr1 in which it took very long like a year or more i notics are under review. My husband has no kids, never lived outside or uses diff name so i pray for a smooth journey by the grace of god. Thanks so much your advice is appreciated.

It seems like certain countries are targeted and Nigeria is targeted often because of its reputation for scammers. All of the middle east is targeted because of terrorism so they know that they will have to go through AR automatically. Ghana is starting to get worse for scammers so I suppose they'll probably be adding to the list regularly.
