I now received my NOA2. I understand that I need to provide my Fiancee an I-134 Affidavit of Support. My question is, do i need to include form I-864 to go with I-134 for the said support ?

No you don't, I-134 is used for the fiancee visa and the I-864 is used for the spousal visa or when you are adjusting status. Make sure it is sign by a notary public. good luck

The I-864 you dont need until you are married (this is if your filing the K1 Visa)

Therefore the tax returns quoted by a lot of people throughout various thread are not needed, are they???? The I-134 only states 2 out of 4 of the following are necessary to prove the 125% of poverty minima: bank statements, letter from employer listing salary, assets or tax returns for self-employed people.
I am (not completely, but I'd rather be sure than sorry --and not late) a bit confused by the ones mentioning the 3 years of 1040's, W-2's and the like, likely referring to the I-864...

Could someone confirm?

Thank you so much guys for that very quick informative response. So the best thing for me to do now is start gathering: IRS transcript of Income Tax Returns for past three years; Employment Certification;
and Bank Statements.

By the way is it necessary for me disclose my Life Insurance and its Cash Surrender Value?
Or I could just simply leave it as N/A or zero?
