This has probably been asked before but….

How can you get a person instead of the general computer menu when you call USCIS?

It seems like most of the menu items do not allow you to ask general questions.

It has been 3 months and 19 days since my I-130 was accepted by the California USCIS. I want to find out if there is a problem. I know I may be getting too impatient but I need to ask them to be sure everything is alright.

Thanks!

INFO-PASS, your case has not exceeded the 6 month limit, and USCIS will just tell you to call if 30 days beyond the current processing dates. The oldest cases being looked at were filed 6 months ago.

Texas transfers them to California for processing.
