my i-130 was sent to the local office for standard interview,,they sent us a letter from the local office asking for evidence and we send them and they recieved it at the sep-26th,,,how long does it take usually to get the interview date?weeks or months or what?the congress office called there this morning and they told them that the officer who have my file said that everything looks ok ,,but they didnt know how long this will take,,they just said its up to her?so how long does it take usually?

We've only seen a couple instances of petitions going to a local office, both very recent. I've seen no reports that would help answer your question. I suggest you contact the appropriate local office directly.

thnx for ur reply,,i tryed to contact them,,but there is no phone number to contact the local offices,,,u can only call the 800#,,but the local offices wont post ther phone numbers for the public,,thats what the 800# ppl have told me
