As I have posted before, I plan on getting married to my Russian fiancee in Siberia very soon. After we get married, how do I get our marriage certificate legalized so it is accepted in the USA? I am thinking we must go to the US Embassy to get an apostille stamp. Is this correct?

Married is married. If you have a marriage certificate that satisfies the Russian goverment that you are legally married, you get a certified translation of that and send a copy with your petition. Exactly how to do that is best answered by somebody who has done it in Russia but it doesn't involve a trip to a US Consulate or any kind of "apostille".
