My wife's CR-1 interview is coming up in two weeks. I have already submitted the I-864 to the NVC. The Packet 4 I received asks for the I864 if it has not been submitted to the NVC. Yesterday, my wife went to submit the documents in Delhi. They asked for her I134 Affidavit of Support. My wife told them that she doesn't have it so they told her to bring it to the interview with her. I have never heard of I134 being required for my case. There was a mention of I134 in Packet 4 but that was for the people applying for employment visa. I am confused and would appreciate any help.
