Hi VJ's I have a little problem. On my fiance birth certificate they have his mom name Elizabeth but his mom name is Florance. On our I-129F for his mom's name I put Florance name. What do he need to do to correct this problem before the interview? Thank You I hope someone can help me.

Your fiance will have to get a new birth certificate with the name that you have already used on the paper work, which you said is Florance. My fiance is not from Nigeria, though, I think it is the same for all countries. But do it soon, in case you have to wait for it, to make sure you have it in time for the interview. Have him correct it asap, it should cost about #500 or #1000 naira to get it corrected.
