Hi,

Just wanted to make sure my hubby and I are filling out the right i-864 form...

Am i correct in saying if we are basing my sponsorship purely on his salary and no other assets (or joint sponsors) then we should be using form i-864EZ?

And that i-864 is only for those who need to include other assets or joint sponsors? Or have other immigrants (such as children) traveling with them?

Think we are on track with i-864EZ but just want to check in.. ;-)

Thanks blush.gif

I-864EZ is for cases where there are NO Joint sponsor, NO assets used, and only ONE immigrant is being sponsored. I-864EZ has 3 check boxes on page one, if you check NO to any of the boxes you need to use I-864.

We used I-864EZ for our AOS from K-1 visa.
