I know that you don't sign below the line...but do you attach a picture as well?

don't worry about whether you should attach a picture on the form. you can do it either way.
i didn't attach the pic on the form. i didn't sign on any form. i took with me 2 pictures to my interview and the CO attached one to the form and returned the other to me. the CO told me to sign where my signature was needed.
