helpsmilie.gif Right, so on the form DS156, where you have to fill it out online, the spot where it has "Put photo here"....Would Pete put that on..or do they put it on in London when you are suppose to bring the 2 passport styled pics with you....(and 1 to medical right??) ..and one spot says not to sign the form...does he sign it or not? wacko.gif

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers

Where it says don't write below this line. "DON'T WRITE BELOW THAT LINE" it is filled out and signed in front of a counselor officer.

The pic can be in an envelope, and the consular officer can attach it.

Thanks for responding...We just weren't sure as to include a pic on the form or not..he's going to have to find some time to get his photo's done now.

I attached my pic and send it in , as for the medical they askd me for 3 pics not one ( but he should have the instructions on his package 3 as to how many pics they need at the medical)

I'm not sure what currently applies to the London embassy (anyone?) however, when I went through London last year I didn't attach any photos to the forms. They did that at the embassy during the interview. The forms were sent back photo-less when returning P3.

I do know that it has been done both ways (some attach photos and some don't) and there has been no issue. Just remember to bring the photos with you if you don't attach them yourself. wink.gif

I'd be a bit wary of sending them in with the forms unattached. These things can easily get lost and if you got to the interview assuming you'd sent in the photos and they'd lost them AND you had no replacements...that might be a buggar.
