For whatever reason when I try to download the I-130 from USCIS it says the file is damaged. I got the instructions w/o a problem. Will someone who has a recent one please attach a copy?

maybe u using an old version of adobe, make sure to update it.

when u update it download it from here.

Hello Donna,

I just want to clarify for other readers that the I-130 is a petition for an IR1/CR1 visa. The I-129F petition will have to be filed after the receipt notice is received from the I-130 to get a K3 visa.
