Hello all,

Just want to share my story with you all, please let me know if I need an attorney for my case before the interview. Much appreciation.

Previous case:
I met my previous fiancé(e) on April 06, and then we had a Dam Hoi 2 weeks later. I filed I-129F on August 19 and received NOA1 on August 29. I also received NOA2 on Nov 2. The NVC sent my package to HCMC on Nov 5. US Consulate received a package on Nov 15. By the mean time, I found out that she did not love me, base on the facts. Thus, I withdrew my petition on Jan 1, 2007. Received a letter from US consulate in HCMC on Jan 15 confirmed that this case has closed and returned to US.

Current fiancée “My Ba Xa”
I met her on Feb 2007 for two weeks through my uncle (in Vietnam). I made another trip to Saigon on August 07 for two weeks again. In addition my father was in Vietnam on July 07 and also visited my fiancé(e) family. I'm very sure that I will have 1 or 2 more trips to Vietnam before she has the interview because we do not have Dam Hoi yet.

I filed I-129F + Request for a waiver on Sept 18. I received NOA1 three days later and now waiting for NOA2.

Please advices. Thanks much.!

For now, I think you should wait. Nothing you and a lawyer coud do at this moment. If you case get more and more complicate, then you can hire a Lawyer at that time. Good Luck.
