hey guys ,me and my wife are not gonna have health inssurance because its expensive ,do you think this will effect my CG removal??? i have other evidences,thanks a lot

in my opinion it cant be obligate requirement, we didnt send any insurabce papers at all

no i got RFE cus
1) my taxes were sent last year and they usually want new 2006 ones and
2) because i was out of country so long they wanted to make sure we are still married,
no way it's because of health insurance. never heard of such thing. and considering how many of my friends have no health insurance or life insurance, it shouldn't be so important for USCIS
Joint health insurance is not a requirement for removal of conditions. It is one of the evidences that some people present as proof a shared married life. There is tons of other evidences you can and should send in. Read the guides or other ppls posts if you need more ideas.
