Hey Mayfiler gr8 news

..... there is only 3 days difference between our timelines. Welcome to the NVC stage. All the best
take care
Thanks a lot ze...what a relief, nightmare part one over

, now lets start the next stage...do you have any idea about how much time it takes from NVC sending the packet to consulate and consulate giving interview date ?
Starting tomorrow ill start getting information about the NVC process and what needs to be done so i am well prepared to send the required documents and not waste any time, already downloaded the 864
Congratulations and good luck with the rest of your VJ
Looking at your timeline, I have a question for you:
I was just curious if you saw any touches on your I-130 on USCIS CRIS website?
Our timeline is amazingly similar for our I130. I sent my wife's I130 to CSC on 5/17 and received NOA1 on 06/07/07 and we both are pursuing visas from the same country - India, although the two differences in our cases are that I am pursuing K3 for my wife and we will go thru Mumbai embassy. But anyhow, I just wanted to see if you saw any touches. I haven't had any touch on my I130 since 06/05 and on I129F since 07/12 so I was just trying to estimate some NOA2 dates.
Once again ... Good Luck
hey pkewl....nope, i didnt recieve any touches and the funny thing is that if log in to my account still says last updated 6/8/07 and when i enter my WAC number is still says case recieved and pending , so i dont think they are updating the web site . but if you have to go with prior approvals, djturbo , ze and mine, they are all around 126 day mark from sending our papers in mid may (not NOA1)
also i applied for only I 130
i would say its worth while calling them next week, dont be surprised to found urself approved, if not let them know that u have friends approved from 5/18 and what is wrong with ur petition. that way then can atleat chek and tell u something ..
good luck..
