Just a quick question. I have read in the past postings that JFK is a POE to go through for K3 to get a EAD faster, is this still valid? My wife will be joining me back on K3 so I wanted to know which is better JFK or EWR.

K-3 does not qualify for the 90 day stamp like a K-1 does so going through JFK will be of no benefit...

Correct. It is much more helpful to the group if "questions" have actual subjects. "Question" is not a subject. "EAD at JFK for K3" would be a subject.

If nothing else, here are two reasons why this is important.

1. People can quickly see from the subject, whether have any knowledge on the subject, so it saves them from reading unneccessary threads.

2. Some people don't appreciate the lack of consideration for others and just ignore the thread anyway.
