just a quick update. quincy got his work authorization and travel docs yesterday. very pleased the timeliness. so now we can go to jamaica for xmas and hopefully he'll have a job to pay for the ticket. our interview is on nov 11, any advice on or things to prepare for/expect?

No advice on the interview cause we were approved without one. Good luck to you, though.

I wish you luck on the job thing too. We had high hopes in November on him finding a job, ended up being January. And, we still haven't been back to Jamaica.

Wow things are moving along for you Tricia. Good to hear. Of course I dont know what to expect, but you've been through one interview so I am sure this will be a piece of cake. As far as the job thing. There should be lots of seasonal jobs starting in October so he can find something there. Although that may make it difficult to leave for Christmas. I am hoping to be there for Christmas - new years too. If I can find a decent flight out of LA. If you find any deals let me know.
