Which do you believe is easier to get a visa for a K1 or K3?

We were thinking about getting married in Lebanon in Nov. because it is really looked down on for a man and woman to spend any time together without being married. Should we do this or just file the K1 and wait to get married?

thanks for you help

K-3 is generally somewhat more difficult than K-1, as it was chop***k-approach in the first place as a supposedly-quicker intermediate step.

Did you consider CR-1 or DCF instead as options?

I traditionally married my wife but did not do the paperwork for it. This satisfied the family (they get to see their baby girl get married) and kept the government stuff a little more easy for me.

Take a look at the Immigration Timelines at the top of the page and look at the stats, that should help.
