hi guyz i made this thread for october filler ....im about to file my I-130 petition for my husband this coming first week or second week of october im just waiting for my marriage contract.... from foreign country due to clerical error... hopefully i will get it within a week or two... goodluck to us and please share your time line here... i really do appriacte it guyz mwahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh we can do it just be patient and everything will be alright... finally, i got my marriage contract yesterday dated 10-29th 2007. I filled the I-130 petition right away.... 
wooottt my I-130 packet was delivered today to California Service center... i will wait for my reciept number and be ready for the next step yippiiieee
im so excited looking forward for I-129f petition =) i cant wait to file it ... till then later guyz....
