I have looked at the links that show but I'm still a bit confused. Will the next thing be our Montreal appt? What is the I-864 bill and the IV bill and the DS 2032 that I keep seeing. Am I missing something or do they not apply to me?

The I-864 bill, IV bill, and DS 2032 don't apply to you since you're doing DCF. The next thing will be to get the medical done (if it isn't already), and you'll receive a DS-230 Part II plus the interview date letter in the mail.
