Hard for me to figure out the fees required on the I-751 instructions for wife and child.

Says I can file for both on one form or file separately.
I guess I'm going for both in one.
Fees are $465 plus $80 biometrics =s $545

Additional fee of $80 for biometrics for child.
Child didn't do complete biometrics [just thumb print and pic.] for AOS and didn't have to pay the biometrics fee also.
Looks like it's different for the I-751.

So! Is it 2 x 545 =s $1,090 for both on one form?
or
465 +80 + 80=s $625
OR?

I [imagine][don't count] if you filed 2 separate forms it would be $545 each?

How old is your child?
Why did they not do complete biometrics? Only fingerprint.
Are you still married?
Depending on your answers determines the cost.

My son is 15 years old. We submitted one I-751 and included him. We paid $545 for me (I-751 fee + biometrics) and another $80 for my son's biometrics.

Still married!
Daughter is 9 now.
One print and pic was all that was required for daughter. Not full hand like wife.
No idea why!



I noticed there is only one place for signature on the I-751.
Did your son sign the same form or what?

eau_xplain is correct. Include your daughter on the one I-751. One fee and two biometric fees.

The conditional resident signs the I-751 and the US citizen spouse signs. There is no place for the child to sign.

John is correct. The child does not sign. In fact, the only places my son is mentioned are in Part 5 (list all your children) of the I-751 and the cover letter.
