We sent in all the necessary documents with the original I-797 form. My husband already had his biometrics appointment so I know they received it. Now we received a form requesting all the same info. Did they lose it or are they looking for more??

Of course I tried calling the service line and they didn't seem very certain about what was going on. We have no joint financial records besides taxes. There is no way I want my husband to be able to see my purchases

what documents did you send with the I-751?

I sent the following:

- Joint tax returns for the last few yeards

- Multiple beneficiary forms naming spouse as beneficiary

- health benefit enrollment

- Car registration/deeds in each others names

- copies of household bills

- Affidavits from friends/employers

I believe I made a photo copy of everything I sent in.
