my husband assign abroad in the coming couple months, we dont know what to do , becaz my status here in U.S CR1.
i am about 3months living here U.S. then i have work here.... and also my husband worried when i am living here alone.....

Is he military?

yes

IF your husband is in the military you have nothing to worry about the residency status, As the wife a An Army Officer you can live anywhere your husband is station, and can even do removal of status from there itself. SO NO NEED TO WORRY, there are quite a few military wife in here, so if you post is something like Military wife worried about husband deployment you will get lot of support out here.

If you plan to join him overseas, you may be able to apply for citizenship immediately and join him as a USC.
